Product Description
This product is intended for reverse flotation of phosphate ore and provides excellent flotation selectivity for dolomite and calcite. It delivers stable flotation, ease of operation, high selectivity, and broad applicability, and is suitable for difficult-to-process phosphate ores. At room temperature it appears as a light-yellow or brown paste, compounded from modified fatty acids and various surfactants. Taking advantage of the reactivity of the carboxyl functional group, the product has a low affinity for phosphate ore particles but a high affinity for carbonate and other metallic impurities, enabling selective enrichment and collection. It requires a low dosage yet delivers high efficiency, and has no adverse impact on downstream processes. It is readily soluble in water, environment- and human-friendly, and biodegradable.

使用方法
配成2-5%水溶液，直接用蒸汽加热溶解，边加蒸汽边搅拌，控制温度70-80℃, 待产品完全溶解后用计量泵泵入浮选槽， 产品用量为：投加量0.5-1.0kg/吨原矿， 根据客户矿石性质和工艺条件的不同，其用量可酌情调整。
包装与贮运
●175kg铁桶包装运输，存放于阴凉通风干燥处，远离火种和高温。
●贮存区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。
安全与防护
●避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、安全帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。
●工作过程中不准进食、饮水，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。
●装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。
●装卸过程中要禁止野蛮装卸，确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。
