本品为无色或淡黄色固体，室温下呈固态。其主要成分为无机改性剂与有机聚合物材料复合而成，适用于湿法磷酸生产过程中磷酸渣的沉降与分离。当加入浓磷酸时，电荷中和作用可迅速破坏磷酸中无机悬浮微粒的稳定性；同时，吸附桥联作用将悬浮微粒聚集成较大颗粒或絮状物，从而降低磷酸黏度并加速酸性污泥的沉降。该产品可使浓磷酸快速澄清：经重力沉降后，上清液色泽明显更浅、透明度更高。在75–100°C的湿法磷酸生产操作条件及酸性环境中，本品性质稳定，不会因受热或酸性环境影响而发生降解。本品投加量低且效率高，对下游工艺无不良影响；易溶于水，对环境及人体均无害，且可生物降解。

Product Description
This product is a colorless or pale-yellow solid At room temperature. It’s main components are compounded from inorganic modifiers and organic polymer materials, and it is used for the settling and separation of phosphoric acid sludge in wet-process phosphoric acid production. When added to concentrated phosphoric acid, charge neutralization rapidly destabilizes the inorganic suspended microparticles in the acid, while adsorption-bridging aggregates the suspended microparticles into larger particles or flocs, reducing the viscosity of the phosphoric acid and accelerating the settling of acid sludge. This clarifies the concentrated acid extremely quickly: after gravity settling, the supernatant is significantly clearer and lighter in color. Within the wet-process phosphoric acid operation at 75–100 °C and under acidic conditions, the product remains stable and will not degrade due to heat or acid exposure. It requires a low dosage yet delivers high efficiency, and has no adverse impact on downstream processes. It is readily soluble in water, environment- and human-friendly, and biodegradable.

●本品投加入的浓磷酸中，可极快速地澄清浓磷酸，经重力沉淀分层后，酸液的清澈度大大提高且颜色变淡。
●本品在湿法磷酸工艺中于 75～100℃ , 磷酸介质条件下性能稳定，不会受热、受酸影响而降解失效。
●本产品加量少 、 效率高 ，使用后不会对后续工序造成影响。
●易溶于水 ，对环境和人友好 ，可生物降解。
使用方法
●制贮备液：最好以脱盐水配制，配制浓度建议为 1~2‰ ，加入时应均匀分散缓慢加入，在溶解槽中以
100 转/分的转速搅拌溶解备用。
●连续投加：将贮备液转入加药槽中，打开计量泵，按要求量计算投加流量。让药剂连续注入系统。
●投加量根据现场情况经试验确定。一般以磷酸流量计算为 5-10mg/L 左右。
●配制好的产品长时间存放使用效果会减弱，在生产周期内使用完毕。
●该产品为阴阳离子平衡的表面活性剂体系，使用时请勿添加其他表面活性剂或酸碱盐等化学物质， 以
免破坏其稳定性，影响产品效果。
包装与贮运
●20-25kgPE 袋或内衬塑纸袋包装，贮存于阴凉、干燥处，远离火种和高温。

●虽然本产品没有腐蚀性及刺激性，也应尽量避免与皮肤及眼睛接触，如果粘染上皮肤或眼睛，请立即用大量水冲洗，必要时送医院就医。
●本产品不能食用，误食后请立即催吐或就医。
