本产品适用于磷酸盐矿石的逆浮选工艺，对白云石和方解石具有优异的浮选选择性。该产品可实现稳定的浮选效果、操作简便、选择性高且适用范围广，适用于难处理的磷酸盐矿石。在室温下，本产品呈浅黄色或棕色糊状物，由改性脂肪酸与多种表面活性剂配制而成。凭借其羧基官能团的反应活性，本产品对磷酸盐矿石颗粒亲和力较低，但对碳酸盐及其他金属杂质具有高亲和力，从而实现选择性富集与捕收。本产品用量低而效率高，且对下游工艺无不利影响；易溶于水，对环境及人体均无害，且可生物降解。

Product Description
This product is suitable for direct flotation of medium- and low-grade phosphate ore to upgrade phosphorus content. At room temperature it appears as a light-yellow or brown paste, compounded from modified fatty acids and a variety of surfactants. It forms complexes with many mineral metal surfaces, greatly improving the hydrophobicity of the mineral surfaces, while also providing frothing performance. It can therefore replace a number of fatty-acid soap anionic collectors used in the flotation processes of various mineral products, offering strong selectivity and high collecting capability. It is readily soluble in water, environment- and human-friendly, and biodegradable.

●能与多种矿物金属表面生成络合物， 可大幅度提高矿表面的疏水性， 同时也兼备起泡性能， 因而能取代多种脂肪酸皂类的阴离子捕收剂， 用于多种矿产品的浮选工艺。
●选择性强、捕收能力强。
●易溶于水，对环境和人友好， 可生物降解。
使用方法配成 8-10%浓度水溶液，直接用蒸汽加热溶解，边加蒸汽边搅拌，当捕收剂完全溶解彻底后，继续加热搅拌 30 分钟，当溶液温度达到 50℃以上时才能投入使用。产品用量通常用量为 0.8-1.5 公斤/吨原矿， 根据客户矿石性质和工艺条件的不同，其用量可酌情调整。
包装与贮运
●175kg 铁桶包装运输，存放于阴凉通风干燥处， 远离火种和高温。
●贮存区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。
安全与防护
●避免吸入、食入， 操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、安全帽， 必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。
●工作过程中不准进食、饮水， 工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。
●装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封， 防止包装及容器损坏。
●装卸过程中要禁止野蛮装卸，确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。
