高效除磷剂分为棕褐色透明液体和黄棕色粉体两种形态，是我公司开发研制的专利技术产品。它具有除磷效率高，工艺适应能力强， 投加简便，综合成本低的特点，是一种多羟基多络合体的复合阳离子型无机高分子絮凝剂，对带负电荷的正磷酸盐、缩合磷酸盐（焦、偏、多） 等产生强烈络合作用，同时其水解产物可以吸附相当量的磷化合物。在强化去除重金属离子、 COD、氨氮、色度、悬浮物等方面具有明显的优势。配合本司的其他产品使用，效果更佳，能保证各指标稳定达到国家排放标准，适用于煤化工、化肥、矿井废水、循环冷却水、电解铝、电子、电镀、城市生活污水等多个行业的磷化物去除其他各行业废水的除磷处理。

Product Description

The high-efficiency phosphorus removal agent is available in two forms: a brown transparent liquid and a yellow-brown powder. It is a patented technology product developed by our company. It features high phosphorus-removal efficiency, strong adaptability to processes, easy dosing, and low overall cost. It is a multi-hydroxyl, multi-complex composite cationic inorganic polymer flocculant that strongly complexes with negatively charged orthophosphate and condensed phosphates (pyro-, meta-, poly-, etc.), while its hydrolysis products also adsorb a considerable amount of phosphorus compounds. The agent shows significant advantages in enhanced removal of heavy-metal ions, COD, ammonia nitrogen, color, and suspended solids. When used together with other products from our company, the combined effect is even better, ensuring that all indicators stably meet national discharge standards. It is suitable for phosphorus removal and other wastewater treatment in coal chemical, fertilizer, mining drainage, circulating cooling water, electrolytic aluminum, electronics, electroplating, municipal domestic sewage, and many other industries.

功能与特性

■高效强力：除磷效率可高达 95%以上，处理后的水质优于 GB18918-2002 一级 A 排放标准。

■经济:投加量小，污泥增量少，综合成本低，处理费用可节省 20%～50%。

■便捷:简单方便，不改变原有工艺，可投加至生化池处理末端，通过二沉池沉淀即可达到除磷效果，不需要污水厂提标改造新建混凝沉淀池。

■安全:对微生物群无影响，同时具有降低出水 COD、SS、氨氮及重金属离子的功能。

■范围广:本产品广泛应用于市政污水、工业循环水及化工、石油、矿山、造纸、印染、酿造、钢铁、煤气等行业工业废水的除磷处理，对不同地区不同种类的水源均能达到理想的效果。

包装与贮运

■本品采用25kg编织袋或1000kg/T塑料吨桶或罐车包装，根据客户需要确定。

■本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温，库温不宜超过50℃。

■与易燃、可燃物、强还原剂、强氧化剂、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

■贮区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。
