絮凝剂按离子特性可分为阳离子、阴离子、非离子和两性型四种类型。煤化工气化灰黑水和工业循环水处理主要使用阳离子和阴离子两大类型,其主要成分为聚丙烯酰胺类高分子聚合物,具有很高的黏度。水溶液对电解质有很好的容忍性,PAM用于絮凝时,与被絮凝物种类表面性质,特别是动电位,粘度、浊度及悬浮液的pH值有关,颗粒表面的动电位,是颗粒阻聚的原因加入表面电荷相反的PAM,能使动电位降低而凝聚,PAM分子上的极性基团颗粒的各种吸附作用,用来改善固相、液相及液相、液相间之分离作用,可增加固、液分离之效率。分子量相对高的聚丙烯酰胺分子链很长,PAM分子链固定在不同的颗粒表面上,各颗粒之间形成聚合物的桥,使颗粒形成聚集体而加速粒子沉降,降低液体之间的磨擦阻力,同时使粒子具分散作用,PAM分子链与分散相通过种种机械、物理、化学等作用,将分散相牵连在一起,形成网状絮凝体,加快沉降速度,提高处理效果。

Product Description

Flocculants can be classified by ionic character into four types: cationic, anionic, non-ionic, and amphoteric. Coal-chemical gasification ash–black water and industrial circulating water treatment mainly use the cationic and anionic types. The main component is polyacrylamide (PAM), a high-molecular-weight polymer with high viscosity. PAM aqueous solutions tolerate electrolytes well. When PAM is used as a flocculant, its performance is related to the surface properties of the substance being flocculated — particularly the zeta potential, viscosity, turbidity, and pH of the suspension. The zeta potential on the particle surface is what keeps particles dispersed; adding PAM with opposite surface charge lowers the zeta potential and causes coagulation. The polar groups on the PAM chain adsorb onto particles in various ways, improving solid–liquid and liquid–liquid separation and increasing the efficiency of solid–liquid separation. High-molecular-weight polyacrylamide chains are very long; PAM chains anchored onto different particle surfaces form polymer bridges between particles, gathering them into aggregates that settle more rapidly and reducing friction between liquid phases, with simultaneous particle dispersion. The PAM chains and dispersed phases interact through mechanical, physical, and chemical effects, binding the dispersed phase into a network of flocs, accelerating settling and improving treatment performance.

    使用方法

    在投加前,必须先将本产品用水稀释至少1000倍以上,在搅拌转数500RPM下,40分钟可完全溶解于水,再由计量泵添加到系统中去。原水及废水处理中TM-100之建议用量如下:(但由于原水及废水组成不同,将药剂量再作适当调整)。
