Product Description
The ash–black water scale inhibitor and dispersant (high-temperature scale inhibitor) is a high-efficiency, multifunctional water-treatment chemical independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is designed for the high-temperature, high-hardness, high-pH, high-turbidity, high-organic wastewater systems encountered in coal chemical, thermal power, and petroleum refining industries. Based on each customer's specific application scenarios, we provide professional solutions. The formulation contains sulfonic and carboxyl functional groups; through a unique molecular-structure design, it simultaneously and effectively disperses ash particles and organic colloids — overcoming the single-effect limitation of traditional dispersants in complex water qualities. It significantly improves system operating stability, reduces equipment scaling and corrosion risk, and extends service life.

应用方法
连续均匀加入系统中，添加量视水质和工况而定，建议用量：水中含固量≤50mg/小时，添加量为≥50ppm；当水中含固量每增加5mg/小时，药剂添加量增加1ppm-2ppm。
