本产品由于配方中含有亚甲基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物高分子有机物复合物，所以在气化装置水煤浆中具有很好的分散性和稳定性。近几年，该产品已在国内多家水煤浆装置上成功使用，再次证明该产品的高效性能。
功能与特性
水煤浆添加剂是阴离子表面活性剂，极易溶于水，是制备水煤浆的重要组分，加入水煤浆后，具有低黏度、高浓度、良好的分散性、流动性和稳定性，煤浆的燃烧效率得到提高。
应用方法
一般添加量为煤浆的1.0‰-3.0‰（干基），成浆浓度为58—65%，成浆粘度为400—1600mPa.s，煤浆PH值为7-9，稳定性为72小时无硬沉淀，24小时基本无析水（小于7%）。

Product Description
The coal-water slurry additive is a high-efficiency chemical additive independently developed by our company. It is specifically designed to optimize the fluidity, stability, and combustion performance of coal-water slurry. It has strong adaptability to different coal types. The formulation contains mainly a methylene naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate composite, which lowers the coal-water interfacial tension and improves particle dispersibility. It can significantly increase the concentration and pumping efficiency of coal-water slurry while reducing energy consumption, making it suitable for clean-fuel preparation in industrial boilers, gasifiers, and similar applications.
