本产品由阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂合成中间体后与油脂复配而成，能有效降低肥料表面张力，在肥料颗粒表面形成憎水膜，阻断颗粒间晶桥的形成，从而防止肥料结块。现有液态型和膏体型两种产品可供客户选择。

Product Description
This product is formulated by compounding natural special anionic surfactants and cationic surfactant intermediates with oils and fats. It effectively reduces the surface tension of fertilizers, forms a hydrophobic film on the surface of fertilizer particles, blocks the formation of crystal bridges between particles, and thereby prevents caking. To meet market demand, two forms — liquid and paste-type — have been developed. The product is suitable for high-concentration, high-nitrogen urea-based fertilizers, and works even better when used in combination with a powder formulation to meet various customer production conditions.

适用范围
适用于高浓度高氮含量尿基肥料。
产品用量
平均用量为1.5-2.5KG/吨肥，具体用量根据肥料品种、季节和存放时间等情况决定。
使用方法
采用蒸汽盘管加热，将液体防结块剂加热到50-65℃，流进保温贮槽，采用计量泵，经特殊喷嘴雾化，将液体喷涂到肥料颗粒表面上，最后经包膜滚筒均匀混合即可。

本品贮存于阴凉通风处，避免阳光直射，必须远离火源。
